My name is Jennifer Grant, and I am a mindfulness teacher.

I teach children, teens and adults mindful practices, the science behind how our brains and bodies work, and the wisdom teachings that continue to transform my own life—all the stuff I wish someone had taught me when I was a kid and budding athlete.

Wise Inside mindfulness engages participants to cultivate these essential, life-long skills:
- calm the nervous system
- improve focus and attention
- build resilience
- activate joy and happiness

Space is created for the next generation to connect with knowing that they already have everything they need inside to be happy. With this understanding, they can bravely and kindly be who they are, share their unique gifts, and in so doing contribute to building a modern, beautiful, compassionate world.
