Discover the fundamentals of mindfulness in an inclusive learning environment. Experiment with new ideas and exercises to get wise to what is most helpful and true in your own life. Children and youth participate with others their same age, e.g. classes for 8 to 10 year olds, or 16 to 18 year olds.

wise inside families

A nourishing course for care givers and children to experiment with mindfulness together so they can more easily support one-another as they learn, practice and grow. Classes are organized by the age of the children or youth, e.g. 10-12 year olds, or 13-15 year olds. Get in touch to learn more.

This program provides a one-of-a-kind experience for athletes at all stages to explore focus and high performance, and create the conditions to find more flow. Developing mindful game-time skills will also help you connect with your inner spark and love of the game.

Private one-on-one classes, private family classes, and custom group and school programs can also be arranged. Get in touch to discuss student needs and the learning outcomes. Prices begin at $75 for an individual class up to 60 mins. Also ask about multi-class packages and group pricing.
